This seminar provides practical tools to equip parents to take the lead in the discipleship of their children. Participants will come away with a greater sense of their own calling and spiritual authority, a simple framework for discipleship, and spiritual formation plans tailored to each child, based on age and spiritual stage.

I also offer a version of this workshop for pastors and ministry leaders who want to better equip parents in their congregations.

Kids, tech, and the way of Jesus. From screen time to social media, navigating the digital landscape as a parent can be complex and overwhelming. How do we help our kids cultivate the wisdom they need to flourish? Participants will come away with  practical frameworks and tools to apply to their specific family context.

The influence of parents is unmatched when it comes to the development of a faith that lasts. So what is the role of believing grandparents? Whether your kids are on the same page spiritually or not, this workshop will help you think about the unique role you play in the faith formation of your grandkids.

Practical leadership development tools to multiply your influence and grow your ministry beyond your own capacity. Participants will work from real-life scenarios, identify barriers to leadership development in their unique context, and come away with concrete action plans.

Learn the art and technique of coaching, a key skill for anyone in ministry leadership who wants to empower others to live into their calling and grow beyond their current capacity. Participants will learn when to coach and when to use a different leadership style. Working from real-life scenarios, they will explore topics such as asking powerful questions, goal setting, assessing reality, charting multiple courses of action, and providing accountability for a plan. 

This workshop equips participants to begin writing, and living by, a rule of life—a trellis for spiritual growth. Participants will be oriented to the concept of a rule of life and, after exploring spiritual temperament, personality, and life circumstances, will be given access to a number of tools and resources to begin crafting a tailor-made rule of life with rhythms, practices, and habits specifically designed for them.

This workshop teaches a powerful change leadership tool that can move you out of  equilibrium and onward towards your goals in literally any area of ministry—or life! Participants will work from real life scenarios and will come away with the confidence to tackle any unwanted status quo for the sake of forward progress.
